Shipping & Returns

We currently do not have the option for same or next day shipping at the moment. Weekends and holidays are

excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when checking out. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order has been shipped . Please remember that delivery time does not include weekends or holidays.

 

US Standard Shipping:  US standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in three (3) to six (6) business days Monday through Friday, not including holidays.
 

Once we receive your order, we may require additional information to verify the transaction. If additional information is required, you will be contacted via email or phone; please provide a valid phone number/email address that we may contact you in case of any issues or delays regarding your order. In the case that additional information is required your order will be held until we receive your verification. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to potential fraud.

 

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website will be passed to you upon departure of your package from our office. We will provide a tracking number once your order is shipped. In case of loss, please contact shipping company and provide your tracking number for all claims. You will be 100% responsible if your package is lost, stolen, or missing. No refunds will be issued.

International Shipping:  We Don't offer international shipping at the moment. when we start these are our shipping policy for international shipping.

 

International shipping charges will be determined based on shipping destination. Delivery can take between 7 to 21 business days not including processing. We do not offer expedited delivery on international shipping.

Please Note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees. You will be solely responsible for additional fees charge by the country of destination upon arrival. Lee's Boutique is not responsible for these fees.
